01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bingplu ("bingplu," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bingplu.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the bingplu platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and any other interaction with bingplu's services.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by using any part of the bingplu platform — even without completing registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of bingplu following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with bingplu's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and bingplu. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion specifically states otherwise in writing.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active bingplu account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines. bingplu enforces this requirement strictly and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing bingplu from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a bingplu employee, in a role that creates a conflict of interest with fair play.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by bingplu or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details.

Each player may register only one (1) bingplu account. Registering duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bingplu uses technical systems to detect duplicate registrations and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

bingplu reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle: at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents typically required include a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, Passport, SSS ID, UMID, or Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bingplu account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. bingplu strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password for your bingplu account that is not shared with any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from your bingplu Account Settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or self-proclaimed bingplu agents.
• Log out of your bingplu account when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify bingplu support via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

bingplu will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. Any communication claiming to be from bingplu that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to bingplu support immediately.

All activities conducted through your bingplu account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your legal responsibility. bingplu will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to follow reasonable security practices.

04 Deposits & Funding

bingplu accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit on the bingplu platform.

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the name on your bingplu account. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties into your bingplu wallet, is prohibited.

• Deposits are generally credited to your bingplu wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• bingplu does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once gameplay has commenced on the deposited funds.
• bingplu reserves the right to delay or reject deposits where anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud checks are triggered.

bingplu complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Large or unusual deposit patterns may trigger additional verification requirements. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds as determined by bingplu's compliance team.

05 Withdrawals

bingplu processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts. Players who have not completed identity verification may be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed.

• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are processed with an average turnaround of five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500 (five hundred Philippine Peso).
• Maximum single withdrawal amount: As displayed in your bingplu account settings; VIP tier players have higher limits.
• bingplu does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply fees on their end.

bingplu reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including withdrawals from accounts with large balances, unusual betting patterns, or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns are identified.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bingplu offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all bingplu promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be bet thirty times).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• bingplu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bingplu bonuses, coordination between accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bingplu — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, the sportsbook, bingo, or any other game category — are subject to these Terms and the specific game rules displayed within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the bingplu system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• bingplu reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet settlement, bingplu's system logs constitute the definitive record. Where logs are inconclusive, bingplu may void the affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by player tier.
• Live in-play sportsbook bets may be subject to brief suspension during critical moments of a match (e.g., goals, penalties). Bets accepted during these periods remain valid unless placed on a suspended market.
• PBA, NBA, UFC, and other sporting event results are settled based on the official results published by the relevant governing body.

bingplu's casino games — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live physical equipment. Game outcomes are not influenced by bingplu, and no manipulation of results is possible on bingplu's end.

08 Responsible Gaming

bingplu is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain healthy habits. These tools are available to all registered players free of charge via Account Settings or by contacting bingplu support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit limits. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been logged into bingplu for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from bingplu at any time. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and no marketing communications will be sent to you.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bingplu. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one bingplu account, or registering under a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities. Any such bugs or errors must be reported to bingplu support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live poker or other player-vs-player games.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in the sportsbook.
• Using the bingplu platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using VPN services or other technical methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or create the appearance of being in a permitted jurisdiction when you are not.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms or coordination between accounts for bonus harvesting.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bingplu staff, customer support agents, or other players.

bingplu's fraud detection and game integrity systems operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, bingplu may suspend the account and freeze all associated balances pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bingplu platform — including but not limited to the bingplu brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, icons, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of bingplu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingplu platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any bingplu content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bingplu software.
• Create derivative works based on bingplu content without express written permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the bingplu platform.

Any unauthorized use of bingplu intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingplu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bingplu platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made based on incorrect information displayed due to technical errors, which bingplu will void and rectify upon discovery.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use.
• Interruption of service for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside bingplu's reasonable control.

bingplu's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's bingplu wallet at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bingplu reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bingplu will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting player rights or obligations, bingplu may also notify players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bingplu platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using bingplu and may request account closure by contacting support.

Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets already placed or transactions already completed prior to the effective date of the amendment, unless the amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact bingplu support in the first instance to attempt informal resolution. bingplu is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. The majority of account and transaction disputes can be resolved through direct communication with bingplu's support team.

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Manila, Philippines, as a prerequisite to litigation. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
